fun and designed to motivate young children.

Q: What is the length of a typical follow-up session?

If your child is a toddler (36 months or younger), I will request that we meet with some activities (books, pretend play items,
bubbles etc.) at your end specific to your child's age and interest.
If your child (4-6 years) struggles to hear or process language, a child sized headset
     is also beneficial.

A: Yes. If you do not have personal insurance, speech services can also be claimed under Medical on your income tax forms.

Q: Do I need an initial assessment to receive therapy and how long does it take?
A: Yes. An initial assessment provides important information about child's goals.  Assessments are scheduled on an
hourly basis and can range from 1-3 hours, depending on the age of the client.  Older students need more time.

Q: Am I required to do anything during and in between sessions?
A: Yes. All children must have an adult attending virtual care sessions to support learning and focus.
